Site Manager - Residential and Coimmercial Projects

Position: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: Macclesfield

Salary: A competitive salary of up to £65k per year

Exiting new opportunity for an Experienced Site Manager in Macclesfield!

Our client is a well-established company with a rich history dating back to 1908, specializing in high-quality fit-out projects within the leisure and hospitality sectors across the UK. They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee and lead projects up to £5 million, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

-Coordinate and supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

-Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.

-Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure expectations are managed and met.

-Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

-A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-quality fit-out projects, particularly in the leisure and/or hospitality sectors.

-Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to £5 million.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

-Proficiency in project management software and tools.

-Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.

-Willingness to travel and work across the UK, including weekends when necessary.

-Ability to provide two references from previous clients that confirm a strong track record in project delivery and management.
