The vacancy

👷‍♂️ Join Our Team as a Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer! 👷‍♀️

Are you passionate about teaching and learning? Do you have the drive and motivation to guide students towards success in their careers? If so, we want you to be part of our team.

As a Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer, your main responsibility will be to support students in progressing their careers, enhancing their employability, and fostering their personal development. You will have the opportunity to teach and assess level 1/2 Carpentry & Joinery to FE students or Apprentices studying on the Standards.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for innovation, who can bring fresh ideas and incorporate new technologies into the learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum of a level 2 Carpentry & Joinery qualification. Having teaching qualifications or Assessor/IQA qualifications would be a significant advantage.

While previous experience in the classroom or workshops would be beneficial, it is not essential as we provide full training and support to our team members.

If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their success, apply now to join our dynamic team as a Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week)

As part of the recruitment process and in-line with keeping children safe in education we will conduct social media checks on candidates that are shortlisted.
