Key Responsibilities:

1.

Curriculum Development: Develop engaging learning materials and assess student assignments to ensure learning goals are achieved and progress is accurately recorded.

Program Management: Contribute to the management of learning programs by implementing quality assurance measures, providing guidance and counselling to students, and supporting student administration processes.

3.

Leadership and Research: Contribute to course verification, leadership initiatives, and engage in research or consultancy activities to enhance program effectiveness.

Subject Area Development: Coordinate with course teams and students to effectively deliver curriculum content, manage timetabling, and oversee day-to-day program operations.

5.

Accountability: Take on increasing levels of responsibility for coordinating course teams and students within specific program areas to ensure optimal curriculum delivery.

6.

Classroom Management: Create a supportive learning environment, teach a range of further and higher education courses, and provide individualized support to students to meet their learning needs.

Qualifications:

* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Bricklaying or a related field.

* Proven experience in curriculum development and teaching at further or higher education levels.

* Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
