As our next Machine Operative, you’ll be a key piece of our process, running equipment in line with KPI targets. You will be a vital member of the team to ensure we meet our customer expectations. Not only would you be building your own personal development skills, but you will make a difference across the whole business. Day-to-day duties will involve;

* Quality- ensuring the product complies with customer specifications.

* Leadership- giving constructive feedback to team member on operational and quality performance, listen actively and deals with any issues promptly, escalating to line management when required.

* Working with data- Understanding the information that is being generated and implications should it be out of specification

* Health & Safety- Role modelling health and safety best practices at all times. Carrying out daily checks on equipment and reporting any defects promptly.

* Wed 1200: -18:00, Thur/Fri 06:00 -18:00 & Saturday 06:00-17:00 (39.5 hours per week)
