Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with primary-aged children, either through teaching placements or employment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and school communities
