Yard Operative in Horncastle - CV-Library

The role:

The Candidate will be working as part of a team, responsible for the safe and correct loading & offloading of finished goods and carrying out housekeeping duties while keep working towards high standard.

Working hours:

This is working Monday to Friday on Rotational shift (Morning & Afters)

06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00

Key Accountabilities:

* Reporting to Yard shift leader to establish duties for the shift ahead.

* Filling out loading/picking lists daily.

* Operating Forklift truck and carrying out necessary checks before use.

* Ensuring to maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times.

* Work to build and maintain strong working relationships with your internal customers.

* Ensure all tasks are carried out to the Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) provided by the management.

* At all times work in a manner that ensures the safety of you and all others in the work area.

* At all times keep in mind the Company’s Guiding Principles and Values.

The person:

* Able to accurately complete paperwork.

* Ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task.

* Proven ability to work well within a team.

* Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Experience working in manufacturing desirable but not essential.

* Willing and able to lean new skills.

* FLT Licence.
