About the Business Development Manager Role:

Wills Consultants are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a growing team within a Global Engineering Company based in Northamptonshire. In return the Business Development Manager will receive:

* £50,000 basic salary with OTE of £65,000 per annum

* Hybrid working arrangement after training (1 day in the office per week)

Requirements: As a Business Development Manager you must have:

* Worked in a similar role and have proven experience in lead generation

* Experience within warehousing, automation, manufacturing or logistics

* Experience with customer management

* Ability to be self-motivated
