Exciting Opportunity – EDT Social Worker/ AMHP
Pay rate:  £56.58 per hour.
Location: Shropshire 

Duties:

To undertake a range of emergency assessments of vulnerable adults, children and young people in need, or in need of protection, and their families/carers, critically analysing all necessary information and responding 
To work with a range of partner agencies to reduce the risk of harm and provide advice and support to vulnerable adults, children, young people and families.
To promote standards which achieve equality of opportunity, upholding Human Rights and Social Justice.
To ensure personal adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
To accurately record and keep up-to-date information using the appropriate IT and Information systems, in accordance with the Council’s policy and Procedures.
To be part of the out of hours ESWT planned staffing Rota and where appropriate to provide cover in the absence of ESWT social work staff, as directed by the ESWT team manager.Get in touch:
