Interim Compliance Surveyor - Surrey - 3 Months (Initially) in Surrey Quays - CV-Library

One of our Public Sector clients based in Surrey is looking for a Compliance Surveyor on an interim basis for 3 months initially.

Ideally you will:

Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
Based Locally to Surrey (2-3 days in office, rest WFH but need site visits)
Have 3+ years experience within a compliance background and have worked ideally in a Local Authority or Housing Association setting previously.
Responsibilities include:

Management of Asbestos work and lead the programme.
Work daily on specifying contracts, lifts and legionella.
Managing contractors and have a good knowledge of all aspects of compliance.How to Apply:
