Are you a skilled Facilities Maintenance Person seeking a fresh challenge in the Preston area? Manpower Engineering is working with a leading organisation to expand their team with individuals like you.

Your Role:

As a Facilities Maintenance Person, your daily tasks will revolve around various facilities located within the PR, FY, and BB postcodes. You'll tackle a range of maintenance duties, including:

Fixing door handles and window blinds
Light tiling works
Repairs to plaster
Joinery tasks such as repairing and rehanging doors and wooden door frames
Fabrication of new structures as needed
Repairing or relaying vinyl flooringWork Schedule: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

A full, clean UK Driving license as a van will be provided for work related travel
A proven track record in a similar maintenance role
