Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service? We're seeking a dedicated Service Desk Advisor to join our dynamic team in Camberley.
As a Service Desk Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of customer support services within an ITIL framework. Your main focus will be ensuring that service levels are maintained at the highest standard.

Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Core Responsibilities:
Providing first-level contact and resolutions for customer issues
Logging and monitoring support requests
Acting as the liaison and primary contact for internal teams
Identifying and escalating situations as necessary
Meeting KPIs and SLAs
