Your new role:

* Co-ordinate change management activities; initiation, scheduling, tracking and reporting.

* Work with the Technical Service Manager and team to support them in tracking and managing to closure, problem management activities.

* Extract, consolidate and standardise service management data from toolsets and provide to Service Delivery Managers for use in service.

* Create, setup and maintain work flows in the service management toolset AutoTask (training will be provided).

* Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce a standardised approach to the estimation of works across services.

* Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, across business and IT communities both internally and externally, to establish the service support capability and achieve company goals. Undertake effective stakeholder management at all levels in the organisation.

* Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques.

* Focus on Operations Team Needs: Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations and the critical success factors of the services provided.

* Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance service outcomes.
