This Ethically focussed, strategic & creative agency is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join them.

You will be working with some exciting clients across clients within the FMCG / Food & Drink & B2B space, planning and developing platform-first social strategies, directing content creation, running paid media campaigns, supporting influencer campaigns, managing a variety of organic social media plans and motivating the team to deliver best-in-class social media work.

* Drive innovation across channels.

* Explore new channel/content opportunities on key and emerging social media platforms, functions, communities, cultures, and trends that inform our agency output

* Lead contact for all social media clients.

* Deliver on agency and Content Hub growth and external presence

* Oversee and manage client and campaign strategies (organic and paid).

* Advising on social media creative strategy.

* Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns.

Experience needed -

* Been in a role in Social for 5+ years (ideally in an agency environment).

* Managed social content creation, content planning & built social strategies.

* Experience of using data-driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction.

* In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms and what’s trending, in particular: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and how they can be leveraged collectively to drive impact, loyalty and engagement.

* Previous experience managing a team or line managing a junior
