IT Field Technician- Guildford - £30,000 + Fuel expenses (Hybrid/Field)

Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle - Site visits around the Guildford area.

Company socialsKey Responsibilities:

Travel to local sites in the Guildford area
Provide 1st and 2nd Line support for the user base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
Provide 1st and 2nd Line support for IT systems used by users, addressing various IT problems.
Continuously develop knowledge and skills, particularly in portal development, to prepare for future projects and progression opportunities
Escalate issues to 3rd Line when required
Work closely with the IT Team remotely to provide supportThe ideal candidate will have/be able to:

Previous Helpdesk/Field Support experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
Basic Networking Knowledge - LAN/WAN
Strong customer/client service
Proficient with Windows 10/11
Hardware Setups - Laptops, PCs, Macs and Mobiles for End Users
Office 365 applications experience
Excellent communication skills and team player
Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
