Regional Sales Manager

Homebased Covering a geographical area of midlands to Northern Scotland, most business currently being in Birmingham/Manchester corridor.

£40,000 - £50,000 basic dependant on experience OTE £70,000

Fully expensed company car and pension.

LWS Services are proud to be the chosen recruitment partner of a world-renowned manufacturer of Industrial recycling machinery. Due to expansion, there is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the Northern UK region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. Your ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities will be essential in identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* You will target National and independent waste carriers offering a wide range of balers and compactors.

* Grow and maintain the existing international business within Northern UK region.

* Drive growth across selected customer targets.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

* Meet and aim to exceed KPIs set by the UK Sales Manager.

* Provide reports on KPIs such as sales projections, orders won and number of visits.

* Ensure compliance with required documentation.

* Occasional travel to the company’s headquarters in Dungannon will be required.

Experience Required

* Must have waste / Recycling industry sales experience with a clear understanding of the waste and recycling industry.

* Previous experience selling balers, compactors, shredders or capital equipment within the recycling industry is advantageous.

* You will be an ambitious, target driven, hardworking team player.

* Progressive career with a stable employment record.

* Sound commercial acumen and experience of negotiation, influencing and a proven ability to close deals to exceed sales targets.

* Technically minded understanding and sell products on technical merits.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

* Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is desirable.
