Employee Relations Partner in Roundway - CV-Library

We are currently working in partnership with a leading Housing association based in Wiltshire, who are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Partner on a 10-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position with a salary of £50,511 per annum, and the start date is as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing updated knowledge of employment law to senior stakeholders along with leading on complex employee relations cases.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):
•Dealing with day-to-day complex or critical employee relations cases using analysis, experience, and expertise to facilitate appropriate and timely outcomes
•Providing advice and guidance to leaders to deal with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues and sickness
•Supporting training initiatives and developing manager toolkits to support them in handling employee relations issues and delivering the wider People strategy
•Proactively work with leaders to enable them to competently manage people issue promptly themselves using best practice approaches
•Ensuring ER cases are recorded, tracked, and proactively managed to conclusion or handed off to the relevant Strategic Business Partner

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
•Strong knowledge and expertise in employment law
• Previous experience managing complex ER casework
• CIPD L7 qualified (Desirable)

Working hours:
•37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
