Process Operative in Hetton-Le-Hole - CV-Library

Our client is looking to recruit several process operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Duties will include:

* Performing routine tasks on production equipment

* Quality assurance and in-process testing

* Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with colleagues to resolve issues swiftly

* Working in a busy production environment on a range of process tasks

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

* Previous process experience

* Preferrable an understanding of working with chemicals

* Be an excellent problem solver

* Possess excellent communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail

Hours of work:

* Working on a continental shift pattern: 3 on / 3 off, 8.00 – 8.00

* Averaging 42 hour working week

Rates of pay:

First 12 weeks:

* Basic: £13.14 per hour plus shift allowance

* Shift Allowance: £2.82 per hour

* Overtime: £19.71 per hour

After 12 weeks:

* Basic: £13.59 per hour plus shift allowance

* Shift Allowance: £2.82 per hour

* Overtime: £20.39 per hour
