A loyal client to Sphere are looking for a Finishing Manager, to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based focused around the delivery of a 114 unit Apartment Block, set over six storeys.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

My client are looking for a candidate with valid CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, and proven experience of delivering high quality high rise dwellings for a demanding client. Experience of using SnagR or similar defect management software would be beneficial, whilst experience of directing various trades and contractors is essential.
