Quality Manager in Sheffield - ETS Technical Selection

Job Title :Quality Manager
Reporting to : Managing Director
Scope of Role
To create a standards driven culture, ensuring compliance with ISO requirements and ownership of quality, health and safety and sustainability across the whole company.
Duties
To ensure compliance with all requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 on a consistent basis
To assist in ensuring the business is compliant with the quality aspects of ISO 17025
To create a culture of knowledge and ownership of the above areas across the whole team
To manage and continuously improve all aspects of the goods in/out process, ensuring it works collaboratively with other depts
To have a broad understand of key finance systems such as Quick books
Be a member of the senior team setting strategy and implementing measurable actions to deliver.
Coach and performance manage the sales, delivery and goods in team
Be the main point of contact for customers, new business and complaints.
Experience / Attitude
Knowledge of ISO compliance, especially 9001. Experience of dealing with Auditors
Strong but involving leadership skills, believes in empowering the team
Able to implement change and challenge performance, adaptable and unphased by changing short term goals
Confident and able to work autonomously
Able to work cross functionally, communicating clearly and working collaboratively
Driven, passionate, enthusiastic
IT Literate, knowledge of Microsoft office
Champions the team
Able to drive. Lives within a reasonable distance of Sheffield
