Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance, repair and routine service of site processes, equipment and services
Drive continuous improvement culture
Recommend Capital investment projects to improve the site and production performance
Flexible thinker- adapting in order to support production needs
Support NPI process
Requirements
HNC/HND
Practical experience within supervisory role
Knowledge of PLCs and Pneumatics
