Role – Senior Enterprise Architect
Location – Hybrid, Coventry 3-4 times a month
Salary – up to £95k, plus 15% bonus

The Opportunity –
As an experienced Enterprise Architect how do you fancy joining an organisation where you will play a key role in helping build and drive their digital and agile transformation from the ground up. This applies not only to their internal operational systems and processes but also as an engineering company they are exploring AI, IOT, Edge Computing and many other cutting edge technologies to see what can be done to better deliver their service and you revolutionise their offering. As a key member of their Architectural function you will also be heavily involved in this digital revolution they are undertaking.
You will work closely with the Head of Enterprise Architecture and key business stakeholders across the organisation to help shape the strategy for building, maintaining and realising the architectural vision by creating a framework that will allow teams operating in an Agile fashion to design, implement, test and deliver value that align with the company's technical vision.
You will be joining a point in time where the company is looking to overhaul and ensure they have their operational technology and IT very closely aligned.
The Role –
Leading on the strategy for building and maintaining the architectural runway.
Helping to realise the architectural vision which in turn allows for other Teams to design, implement, test, and deliver value ensuring Built-In quality, whilst ensuring designed solutions continue to align with the broader technical vision.
Working alongside Leadership to determine technology direction. Also working to define and communicate the architectural roadmap, ensuring business needs are constantly met and investments are used in the right area
Key to the role is stakeholder engagement and management across the organisation to bridge the gap between IT and Business needs.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of up to 7 direct reports, made up of Enterprise and Solutions Architects. It is forecasted that this will rise to 13/14 over the coming months/years.
The Person –
They are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Architect with experience delivering solutions using the TOGAF framework, however, you will have the flexibility to work with Agile Teams across the business to work through change and problems that could be encountered with the architecture throughout the design and implementation. You will ideally have Agile delivery experience following the Scaled Agile Framework.
As the Senior Enterprise Architect you will have experience defining and maintaining an enterprise view of enterprise architecture including the as-is, target state and architecture roadmap.
They are looking for experience in some of their current tech stack which is made up largely of SAP but also includes AWS, Azure, Office365 and PowerPlatform, Esri and Qliq. As a Senior EA you would also preferably have experience in both Software and Infrastructure Architecture.
This is a hybrid role, where you will work remotely within the UK with 3 to 4 trips to site in Coventry per month. It is paying up to £95k per year with a 15% bonus. There is also an 18% pension scheme on offer as well as other great benefits.
