We have an exciting opportunity for an Investment Executive to join our New Investments team to source and appraise investment proposals.Working to and exceeding targets will come naturally, as you consider the investment opportunities and risks, conducting detailed due diligence that minimises risks to the Group. Youll understand underlying cashflow assumptions and your ability to assess these is paramount. Youll be a good negotiator and confident communicator, who can confirm the terms and conditions for placing investments and build good working relationships with key business introducers and intermediaries. Working in a regulated environment is key to this role, as you ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, preparing accurate necessary reports.Were looking for an individual with extensive experience in investing or lending to SMEs, who understands risk assessment and full investment processes and procedures. With previous experience of preparing credit reports, you will be adept at analysing key financial information and identifying valuable investments. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure, sharing your knowledge with the team and learning from your colleagues. Youll have an established network of introducers within the Welsh SME space and will be keen to develop your knowledge and customer base.
