Maintenance Operative/Handyman in South West London - Ritz Recruitment Limited

Temporary Maintenance Technician required for immediate start in London SE16
£16.50 per hour - PAYE - no tools required - CSCS card are required.
We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and diligent individual to perform reactive maintenance duties at this small but busy student accommodation.
General repairs
Basic plumbing
Painting
Siliconing
Replacing light bulbs and batteries
Changing locks
Performing PPM checks
Conducting fire alarm tests
Moving furniture and mattresses
Performing grounds work
Supporting the maintenance team
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Fabric Engineer, Caretaker, or Handyman is required. Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team are essential.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
