Are you an experienced Service manager in the Home Care sector, and are you seeking a new job in the Northeast? Are client is looking for a full-time Service Manager. The Service Manager will manage care packages for clients with complex needs in the community, and the role comes with a £50,000 salary and excellent benefits such as:
An extra day for your birthday,

support around CPD/Revalidation.
You will address various tasks, including the following:
Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement training programmes to enhance service quality.
Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure care plans are person-centred and meet the changing needs of clients.
Act as a liaison between the organisation and regulatory bodies, maintaining excellent relationships.

This role will suit a service manager with experience in a similar setting, to apply for the service manager role, you will also need:
Excellent clinical skills however this role does not require any Nursing Qualifications
Experience in a fast pace domiciliary care environment
complex care experience, including peg feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management.
A good working knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
An NVQ in social care management (preferred)
