Test Field Engineer in London - Parent TEST TJ Company 1

The main goal of this role is to create and maintain quality procedures in order to pave the way to achieving and maintaining SP205 accreditation, along with ensuring that the department maintains an excellent reputation for quality delivery to the end user.
Create and maintain quality procedures in order to pave the way to achieving and maintaining SP205 accreditation.
Recruit Risk Assessors and validate capabilities.
Mentor new Risk Assessors in the field, to ensure that all competencies are reached, in order to fulfil the FRA role.
Review and maintain related Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) documentation and web-based content.
Provide technical FRA support to the whole team
Action any customer queries in relation to technical aspects
Manage the competency matrix for Assessors in relation to qualifications and ability
Technical validating of FRA reports and calculation checks on occupancy reports
Provide support & guidance to the wider team of Assessors.
Build strong, credible relationships both with internal & external customers in person and via media/telephone chanels
