HR Advisor in Uttoxeter - CV-Library

SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a SME Manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a HR Officer/ HR Manager to provide generalist HR Support to the business. This is a stand alone role so you will have responsibility for transactional and operational HR.

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Thursday) and 08:00 - 16:00 (Friday)

This is a site based role.

You will be required to provide generalist HR support and guidance to managers. including employee relations, recruitment and payroll.

- Completion of monthly payroll
- Update HR systems and Time and Attendance system
- Guide managers in relation to disciplinary and grievances, performance and attendance.
- End to end recruitment
- Update policies and procedures
- Attending appraisals and return to work meetings

Required
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent - Desirable
- Previous HR experience ideally within manufacturing
- Experience with payroll processes
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
