Experienced Administrator required for a 6-month fixed term contract in Sutton in Ashfield*

Company Overview:
SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a top client based in Sutton in Ashfield. They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Salary: £23,000 - £24,440 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm and Friday: 8am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist in processing orders, invoices, and other customer-related transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.
Manage the office's day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate and implement office policies and procedures.
Ensure orders are raised in a timely and accurate manner.
Process new orders, complete contract reviews.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
Requirements:

Previous experience in administrative roles is essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
