Who are you?

As a Team or Senior Team Leader (depending on experience, you will be responsible for a team(s) of 2 or 3 staff carrying out grounds maintenance tasks across the Edinburgh and surrounding area. Ideally, with prior experience, you will ensure the team(s) are organised and equipped to undertake the work safely and efficiently.

Your people leading skills help you get the most out of staff and achieve targets

Your positive attitude will contribute to client satisfaction

Able to use productivity and safety apps on your company smartphone (full training provided)

You will be able to identify opportunities for additional work and provide information to the management team to for profitable quotations

A horticultural qualification is preferred and relevant experience is required

Full UK driving licence

Oversee system compliance and quality checks

Liaise with clients

Recruit both seasonal and permanent staff

Machinery and equipment management

Take a leading role in health and safety
