Lead and Motivate: Inspire your project team, both internally and externally, to deliver their best work and meet project objectives.
Manage Effectively: Coordinate project activities, track progress, and keep projects within budget, all while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and proactively manage them to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain Client Relationships: Keep clients informed of project milestones and timelines, fostering trust and encouraging timely payments.

Engineering Project Manager Requirements:

Professional Certifications: IOSH, project management certification, and ideally SMSTS.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand technical requirements.
Problem-Solving Skills: A solution-driven mindset and the ability to make sound commercial decisions under pressure.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
