Job Description

Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham, offering up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity to work as a Personal Assistant supporting the Senior Leadership Team of a national charity has just become available! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be providing high quality PA and administrative support to members of the SLT team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Organisation and facilitation of meetings; booking venues, preparing and distributing agendas, and taking minutes of a high volume to a highly accurate standard

* Correspondence management, including inbox management and dealing with general queries

* Producing and quality-checking reports and action plans in response to meetings to follow-up, ensuring consistency with the charity brand

* Overseeing and coordinating various support and administrative activities; assisting all members of the SLT team

* Other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks when required

Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience, and experience with taking meeting minutes to a highly efficient and accurate degree.

Applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and attention-to-detail skills – being able to work to tight deadlines – and thrive working as part of a team.

A high degree of IT proficiency is also required.
