Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing classroom behavior, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months UK education-based experience
Enhanced DBS on the update service (desirable)
Valid safeguarding certification (desirable)Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure their successful delivery
Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment
Support students with their learning and address any questions or concerns
