Quality Manager

Established successful subcontract manufacturing company are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team. An exciting role within a growing company and a broad technical offering.

Based near Farnborough this is a very well established organisation with a strong reputation and order book. They have capability to deliver complete projects, including Electronic and Electro Mechanical Assembly, CNC Machining and Sheet metal fabrication and finishing. The ability to take a mixture of products through full manufacturing and assembly gives them an almost unique turnkey capability with a significant timescale competitive advantage.

The role:
Upkeep of ISO9001 quality management system
Team management of Quality engineers and inspection staff.
Root cause analysis and delivery of CI initiatives

You:
You will likely have experience in a Quality Engineering / Management role ideally within a Manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Sheet metal or Machined components are desireable
Defence or Aerospace sector knowledge will be useful
