Schedule: Mondays & Fridays (Part-Time), with potential for expansion to full-time

Responsibilities:

Lead sports-based activities and coaching sessions for students aged 11-16, fostering a love for physical activity and sportsmanship.

Assist in the organization and delivery of school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
Support students in developing their skills, confidence, and teamwork abilities through positive reinforcement and encouragement.

Requirements:
Previous experience in coaching or leading sports activities, with a strong passion for working with young people.
Comfortable teaching and interacting with students aged 11-16, with the ability to manage behavior effectively in a classroom setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Ideally, hold a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to professional development, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
