A leading property consultancy in Milton Keynes is in search of a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The successful Building Surveyor's role

The successful Building Surveyor will become part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing services to a diverse clientele in the commercial, retail, office, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include:

Handling dilapidations, party wall issues, technical due diligence, and contract administration for both construction and fit-out projects.
Performing building pathology, condition surveys, and measured surveys to gain a thorough understanding of each project.
Assisting the team in upholding high standards of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.The successful Building Surveyor will have?

MRICS accredited ideally, but not essential.
3+ years of Building Consultancy experience.
RICS degree educated.
Client focused and commercially minded with a direct approach.

£45,000-£55,000
