Account Handler responsibilities
* Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation.
* Client renewal meetings, claims reviews and mid-term reviews
* Provide full administration support to the Commercial Account Executive
* To maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service
* Assist with managing phonelines and inboxes.
* Process data and handle queries.
Account Handler Requirements
* Experience with commercial account support.
* Confident dealing with corporate clients
* Highly motivated to work within regulatory standards of a business.
