I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead for a leading care provider within their reputable nursing home in Market Harborough.

The home provides specialist dementia, general nursing, mental health, physical disability and general elderly care. They have been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC and have an excellent reputation within the local area.

As the Clinical Lead Nurse you will work with the Home Manager in supporting the the multi discipliniary staff team and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.

For this role it is essential that you are RGN qualified and have previous experience of leading a team within a nursing home setting.
