Knowledge and understanding of construction processes, technical aspects of design and practical buildability, with the ability to construct a programme of works is essential, as is a good working knowledge and proficiency in Asta planning software.

Working with the preconstruction and project teams you will be likely to have input to 2-3 schemes at a time, working between office and site visits.

About the Company/Client/Project:

The role is with the Bristol based regional office of this main contractor, covering the Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire areas, Turnover is circa £35m for the region.

Projects are typically new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £5m to £15m in the education, residential, commercial, healthcare and leisure sectors
