MPI require an Administrator to work on an ongoing long-term contract, in Milton Keynes

Monday to Friday, total of 39hours per week

£11.50 per hour PAYE or £14.78 per hour Umbrella

Job Title: REPLACE REPAIR ADMINISTRATOR

Reports to: ERC Supervisor

Job Description

To assist with the administration of the Remanufacturing Centre, with an emphasis on processing repair replacement orders, but also transacting of repair orders, and booking out of piece parts within SAP business system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for transacting repair replacement product orders in SAP business system.

Working with the Inventory Controller to create demand for replacement parts to fulfil customer and internal orders.

Handling of products within the warehouse environment and disposing of scrap parts.

To liaise with supervisors, managers, repair engineers, warehouse team and other departments both inside and outside of the Lifecycle services business.

Ensure that own safety and the safety of all others is maintained.

To comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the manager from time to time in relation to the job holder’s skills and abilities.

Education and/or Experience:

Strong administrative and communication skills are vital to the role.

SAP knowledge is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

Microsoft Office proficiency required.

O-level, CSE or GCSE (or equivalent qualifications); Math’s and English required
