Cover Supervisor/Sports Coach:
We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join on of our secondary schools based in Telford. As a Cover Supervisor/Sports Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of students in the absence of their regular teachers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the behaviour of students during teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects
- Take over PE lessons in teacher absence
- Ensure a positive learning environment for students
- Manage classroom activities effectively
- Uphold the school's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in education or working with children is advantageous
- Ability to educate and engage with students effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
- Sports coaching experience is a plus
