It Manager in Old Harlow - CV-Library

Are you an experience Senior Desktop Engineer/IT Manager? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you with a top Media client based in Essex/London.

The role is a permanent position with a salary of up to £42K available for the right candidate.

The role is a fully onsite, with the majority of the time in the Harlow office but 1x a fortnight you will travel to their London office.

They do currently outsource their IT requirements to a third part but are looking for someone to come in and support with the below areas.

Responsibilities:

* Liaise with internal staff, key clients, and 3rd party services to assess and determine IT issues and ensure they are resolved.

* Support reporting requirements across the company.

* Manage hardware including both assessment and purchase of new and replacement hardware.

* Support set up of new users.

* Advise on and manage IT budget; assist with planning of future IT support and hardware spend.

Required Skills/Experience:

* Highly organised multitasker with exceptional attention to detail.

* Brilliant communicator (phone manner & writing skills).

* Strong Desktop Engineer/IT Manager experience (must have technical experience).

* Experience with hardware management.

* Evidence of managing 3rd party service relationships.

* Experience with budget management.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

* Interest in/knowledge of music.

* German language speaker (not essential)
