Senior Technical Support Manager in Middlewich - CV-Library

Chroma are currently recruiting for a Senior Tech Support Role to join a Managed Service Provider in their office based near Cheshire, 5 days a week on-site offering up to £40K per annum. This person will assist first and second-level support staff by accurately identifying software and hardware issues and solving a significant portion of client problems through remote networking and on-site visits. A company van will be provided along with a fuel card.
