Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an ambitious Senior Kitchen Designer for a well-established showroom in Berkshire.

Are you a seasoned designer ready to make a significant impact in the world of luxury kitchens? Our dynamic business is seeking a new Senior (Trade) Designer to seamlessly integrate into our team, taking charge of clients from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle clients from day one with a wealth of industry knowledge and existing contacts
Proactively prospect and generate trade business, acquiring new accounts for sustained growth
Utilise the database, bringing it to life by initiating calls and securing projects

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 5 years in the kitchen design sector, with a focus on mid-high end including trade and contracts
An understanding of German furniture and appliance brands
Proficiency in CAD, with the ability to price kitchens and conduct site measurements/surveys
A high achiever aiming for £70-90k (uncapped earnings). Someone dedicated to working hard, establishing a name in the industry, and willing to put in the extra effort, including extended hours, to meet deadlines and win projects.
