Factory Operative/Engineer in Knowsley - CV-Library

My client manufactures and installs their equipment in clients' vans and at their premises across a wide variety of industries as well as selling a large product range of associated chemicals, liquid solutions and equipment across the UK and abroad.

The work is varied and includes the building of our water purification generator systems and associated telescopic poles and equipment, full training will be given as this is a skilled job.

Receiving and receipting Goods Inward deliveries, packaging and sending Goods Out, mixing chemical solutions and filling a variety containers with our range of products.

A fork lift truck licence or appropriate experience would be an advantage, to move larger items around the warehouse and for the loading/unloading of delivery vehicles. However training courses and licences can be provided if necessary as required.

The role is working as part of a production team under our Production Manager and line manager, plus liaising with our office based staff on site when required. We do not work shift patterns but weekend work is occasionally available though not compulsory, overtime rates would apply in these cases.

Previous experience of an engineering or mechanical working background would be ideal but is not a necessity.
