Administration / Support Officer
Stoke on Trent - ST1
Key roles and responsibilities for Administration / Support Officer
Supporting area managers in the delivery of their services
Dealing with all incoming messages from the workforce, councillors, members of the public
Keeping all the record clear and accurate
Dealing with face to face & telephone queries
Administer various staff records systems; sickness, holiday and personnel details
Providing support with invoice processing, and use of civica financial system
Creating, preparing and modifying documents
Minimum requirements for Administration / Support Officer
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages
Ability to use office equipment; fax, photocopier
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to plan and priorities work load
Highly organised
Ability to work under pressure
Pay rate: £11.98 per hour
Working hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:00
