Are you passionate about keeping outdoor spaces pristine and well-maintained? We're seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. As an Grounds Maintenance Operative, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the appearance and functionality of outdoor environments. Your duties will include strimming, leaf blowing, grass cutting, operating ride-on mowers, and driving small and up to 3.5 tonne long wheelbase (LWB) vans for transportation needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform strimming to cut grass and weeds in hard-to-reach areas.
Use leaf blowers to clear leaves and debris from outdoor spaces.
Operate ride-on mowers to efficiently cut grass on larger properties.
Conduct grass cutting to maintain lawns and keep them neat and tidy.
Drive small and up to 3.5 tonne long wheelbase (LWB) vans for transportation and delivery purposes.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks.
Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues.
Experience:

Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or landscaping preferred.
Proficiency in operating strimmers, leaf blowers, ride-on mowers, and vans.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
