Business Development Manager in Towcester - CV-Library

I am currently working with a client in the road haulage/transport sector, who are seeking a new Business Development Manager

They are a well-established company, with other 40 years of successful business.

Salary - basic £40,000-£60,000 DOE, with a commission structure on top with OTE £100,000

Full-time, hybrid (Towcester) - there is flexibility for this to be fully remote for the right candidate.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies.

About you:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of the transport industry, road haulage services, or logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is desirable, but not essential
