4. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations on-site, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship and materials, identifying and addressing any deficiencies promptly to uphold the integrity and longevity of installed systems.
6. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, site logs, and as-built drawings, to facilitate communication, track progress, and support claims and change orders.
8. Team Development: Mentor and coach site personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement to enhance performance and drive excellence in project execution.
Requirements:
* Construction Management Experience: Proven experience in site management, preferably in the installation of flat roofing and waterproofing systems or related construction projects.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of waterproofing systems, construction techniques, and industry best practices, with the ability to interpret design drawings and specifications.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
