Key Responsibilities:

Schedule maintenance works for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources.
Manage emergencies promptly and effectively to meet targets and uphold client satisfaction.
Handle telephone variations by obtaining necessary approvals to ensure smooth workflow.
Deliver exceptional face-to-face service to our valued clients.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve collective goals and targets, aiming for a minimum of 60 allocations daily.Requirements:

Relevant experience in a similar industry and environment.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
