Job Description:
As a Graduate Consultant or Consultant in our Cardiff office, you'll tackle technical work, manage projects, and find opportunities for personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Objectives:

Undertake hydraulic and hydrological modelling using software such as Tuflow, Flood Modeller, HecRas, WINFAP, ReFH2, and Causeway Flow.
Support hydrogeological and water quality assessments.
Conduct outline Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) design for client planning applications.
Participate in fieldwork, analysis, and report writing for Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
Utilize GIS and CAD tools for mapping and model outputs.
Contribute to client reports, including leading smaller reports.
Manage training and development for professional chartership.Project Management & Work Winning Objectives:

Manage multiple projects ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Progress to Project Manager for projects up to £5k in value within 6 months.
Lead client proposals up to £5k in value after 6 months.
Conduct market research to support the marketing plan.Opportunities Beyond Year One:

Participate in wider consultancy services.
Progress to Consultant or Senior Consultant roles.
Contribute to technical process improvement and software development.
Act as Project Manager on larger projects.
Lead higher value proposals and tactical marketing plans.Benefits:
