MSX International is looking for a high-performing Aftersales Coach, to support our clients dealerships improvement in the Midlands.

The Role
To work with Retailers within the Audi UK Network to support improvements across a number of key performance indicators.
The Aftersales Excellence Coach will:
Deliver improvements in a number of Aftersales Key Performance Indicators
Engage and work with management and staff to root cause areas of underperformance, agree action plans and coach improved techniques in:
oCustomer Satisfaction
oCustomer preparation and Technical Pre Plan
oTeam working and communication
oProcess improvement and quality management
oQuality control processes and analysis
oFacilitating sustainable solutions and continuous improvement
Ensuring service levels are maintained to the client by consistently applying the coaching structure, using agreed analysis tools and presenting a professional image.
Build a close working relationship with Audi UK Area Teams

About you
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great interpersonal and analytical skills. Our ideal Aftersales Excellence Coach has a friendly personality, as well as:
Automotive aftersales experience of minimum 3-5 years
Good knowledge of business KPI data and the ability to analyse and identify opportunities
Experience of aftersales process implementation
Flexible approach to work a self-sufficient, self-starter
Be an effective communicator
Ability to prioritise workload to deliver agreed contracted days
Accurate and timely Administration
oVisit Reports and SMART Actions
oMSXI Activity tracking, Expenses, Mileage
Consistent use of agreed analysis tools to aid root cause analysis and objective feedback to client
Be prepared to travel including overnight stays (Business expenses are covered for travel) valid UK driving license is needed.

Field-based, hybrid working with Quarterly National Team Meetings
Location: Midlands, Birmingham area
Manage own time- expect overnight away from home
Temporary contract until December 2024 with potential extension to July 2025
